Throughout these 10-days we will explore the culture, systems, institutions & frameworks that shape and limit the way we view, understand and engage with one another.
Each day participants will receive prompts, provocations and resources designed to facilitate new understanding and inspire insights that move us from aspirations to real-world action and practices.
Through daily reflections participants will have an opportunity to embody the learning, transcend conditioning & align actions from wisdom.

This journey is a personal opportunity for you to look within, learn & unlearn, align your values and aspirations with actionable practices
Over the 10 days you will have an opportunity to answer the question, how can I live a more deeply inclusive life?
We will close the 10-Day journey with a live webinar on our final day. During the webinar we will share insights, answer questions and discuss how to keep the momentum moving forward.
ABOUT YOUR HOSTS
DONALD KING, co-founder Lift Every Voice, was the Founding Artistic Director of The Providence Black Repertory Company. His leadership, vision and award winning theatre, public programming and education transformed schools, communities and cultural landscapes throughout the City of Providence. He co-produced Providence Sound Session, a genre defying music festival and Parade, in partnership with the Department of Art, Culture + Tourism strategically managing community engagement and creative partnership opportunities between municipalities, businesses, law enforcement and neighborhoods. King’s vision to create forums where every voice is lifted is inspired by his firsthand experience in seeing people, places and perspectives transformed.
BARBARA PATTERSON has worked in the personal, professional and organizational development field for over 25 years. She is the owner of a global coaching and consulting company helping entrepreneurs & leaders access more clarity, creativity, have greater impact and higher levels of fulfillment in work and life. She is the founder of Beyond Limits in Business, a global platform and community designed to point people to the source of human potential and transformation. Her recent passion, Conversations that Transform, was created to hold a space for connection. Through conversation and taking in the lived experiences of others, we expand our hearts and minds and our world. This is a space to share and witness our common humanity and our unique individual experiences. A space that honors the dignity and value of every life.
